Signia Silk Charge&Go IX is a rechargeable in-ear hearing aid designed to offer a discreet, immediate, and comfortable hearing solution, without the need for custom moulds. Its fully inserted shape in the ear canal allows for a natural and virtually invisible fit in daily use.

At OUVIRMELHOR, you have 30 days to return your order, even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.
We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their original packaging and in acceptable condition.
Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed within 5 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Manufacturer warranty
All hearing aids sold by OUVIRMELHOR come with a three (3) year official manufacturer’s warranty, extendable up to five (5) years, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To activate the warranty, the customer can:
Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
Visit any authorised manufacturer service centre within the territory of the international warranty, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover batteries, moulds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from misuse or handling by unauthorised personnel. Any repairs carried out by the manufacturer or OUVIRMELHOR come with an additional 12-month warranty for the replaced parts.
