17. COOKIES

The Ouvirmelhor website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

Store certain preferences;

Improve the user experience;

Analyse the use of the website;

Measure the performance of the website;

When applicable, present relevant content or advertising.

Cookies that are not strictly necessary will be used in accordance with the options provided to the user in the cookie management mechanism.

For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.

17.1. Optional measurement with Google Analytics and Google Ads

Upon express acceptance in the 'Cookies' panel, we use Google Analytics 4 for usage statistics and Google Ads to measure campaign performance. Before this acceptance, or if you reject the optional ones, these services are not loaded and do not receive measurements from the site.

The recipient of these measurements is Google. The information may include technical data from the browser and device, IP address, pages visited and interactions, product catalogue data, quantities, values, and transaction reference. The addresses of the pages sent by the site exclude parameters and fragments that may contain access codes. The site does not send names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or messages filled out by customers in the forms, nor audiometries or other health documents. Enhanced conversions, Google Signals functionality, and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in the “Cookies” panel, in accordance with section 15. International transfers are addressed in section 10. Please see the Cookie Policy and the Google's information about data received from websites that use its services.

17.2. Optional measurement with Weboost

After an explicit acceptance in the 'Cookies' panel that includes Weboost, we use this service to measure visits, contact clicks, and successful form submissions, relating them to the source of the visit. The previous acceptance limited to Google does not grant authorisation for Weboost. Before this new acceptance, or after rejecting the optional ones, we do not send measurements to this service.

The recipient is the Weboost service, via api.weboost.pt. The measurements include domain, path, and title of the public page, type of interaction, fixed name of the form, source of the visit, and UTM campaign parameters, when present. The presence of advertising identifiers is noted without transmitting their value. The connection also provides the service with the IP address and the usual technical data of a web connection. The site does not send the values filled in the forms, names, emails, phones, messages, audiometries, or other health documents. The private areas of the account and private access or screening results are excluded.

In this configuration, no Weboost cookies are installed. The source of the visit, the first conversion, and, when requested, the test mode are stored in session storage wblg:, which ends when the tab is closed or consent is withdrawn. Only forms are counted after the server confirms success; failed attempts and contacts blocked by the anti-spam mechanism do not count. A local identifier prevents the same confirmation from being counted again without being sent to the providers. You can withdraw your authorisation at any time in the 'Cookies' panel, preserving the account and the cart. The contacts for OUVIRMELHOR to exercise your rights are included in this policy.

18. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Ouvirmelhor may send commercial communications regarding its products, services, campaigns, and news when there is an appropriate legal basis for this purpose.

When the sending of commercial communications depends on the user's consent, the user may withdraw their consent at any time.

The user may also unsubscribe through the option provided in the communications themselves.

Consent to receive commercial communications is independent of consent for the processing of health-related data.

19. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.

Ouvirmelhor is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or data processing practices of these third parties.

We recommend that you review their respective privacy policies before providing your data.
