The Oticon Xceed Super and Ultra Poweroffers an open sound experience for people with severe to profound hearing loss, uses a disposable battery (P13 in Super Power and 675 in Ultra Power), has an LED indicator to monitor the device status, a practical dual button for volume control, and a separate button for programme control.
With Bluetooth wireless technology, theXceed BTE Super and Ultra Poweroffer seamless connectivity with your favourite devices. Its integrated telecoil provides enhanced hearing in public places with induction loop systems, such as theatres or cinemas.

At OUVIRMELHOR, you have 30 days to return your order, even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.
We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their original packaging and in acceptable condition.
Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed within 5 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Manufacturer warranty
All hearing aids sold by OUVIRMELHOR come with a three (3) year official manufacturer’s warranty, extendable up to five (5) years, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To activate the warranty, the customer can:
Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
Visit any authorised manufacturer service centre within the territory of the international warranty, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover batteries, moulds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from misuse or handling by unauthorised personnel. Any repairs carried out by the manufacturer or OUVIRMELHOR come with an additional 12-month warranty for the replaced parts.
