At OUVIRMELHOR, you have 30 days to return your order, even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.
We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their original packaging and in acceptable condition.
Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed within 5 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Manufacturer warranty
All hearing aids sold by OUVIRMELHOR come with a three (3) year official manufacturer’s warranty, extendable up to five (5) years, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To activate the warranty, the customer can:
Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
Visit any authorised manufacturer service centre within the territory of the international warranty, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover batteries, moulds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from misuse or handling by unauthorised personnel. Any repairs carried out by the manufacturer or OUVIRMELHOR come with an additional 12-month warranty for the replaced parts.

Oticon Own SI is a custom in-ear hearing aid, individually manufactured from a personalised mould of the user's ear.
Its deep design allows for very discreet placement, becoming virtually invisible once fitted.
It incorporates a more advanced technological platform than the standard Own version, improving sound accuracy, speech understanding, and acoustic stability in different environments.
It is indicated for mild to moderate hearing loss, depending on the selected shape and configuration.
Depending on the chosen version, the Oticon Own SI may offer wireless connectivity for use with the Oticon mobile app, allowing basic adjustments such as volume control or programme changes.
Due to its deep in-ear design, it is not oriented for direct streaming of calls or music, unlike behind-the-ear models.
The fully personalised fit promotes comfortable all-day wear and greater stability in the ear canal.
Oticon Own SI is the ideal choice for those who prioritise absolute discretion, comfort, and sound quality, accepting a more limited level of connectivity compared to RITE or BTE models.
