Shipping and returns
For hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate use accessories (such as cones, Domus, filters, moulds, dehumidifiers, etc.) can only be returned if the packaging remains sealed and unbroken.
In the event of a return, the customer must send the product to our address indicated at the bottom of the page.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
